'An image of a cloud in the shape of an angel has inspired a new charity that funds art workshops for people with learning difficulties and disabilties.

"The picture was taken during a sad time in my life nearly seven years ago," said CJ Holding, 32, a photogrpaher from Henley, Oxfordshire.
